SEMS 

The System Engineering, Management and Sustainment (SEMS) program provides systems support for the Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA), the strategic center for weather for the U.S. Air Force and supplies all weather-related information to the Air Force, Army, and many federal agencies. AFWA provides meteorological analysis and forecast support to Army and Air Force units worldwide, supports weather forecasting and severe weather prediction by civilian agencies, and participates extensively in the meteorological community's advanced weather research. AFWA is the largest supplier of weather data for military users worldwide in supporting front line combat operations and mission support, mission planning, and routine flight operations support.

SEMS is responsible for AFWA systems including the Global Theater Weather Analysis and Prediction system (GTWAPS), Satellite Data Handling System (SDHS), the Joint Air Force & Army Weather Information Network (JAAWIN), the Space Weather ANalysis and Forecast System (SWAFS) and Cloud Depiction and FOrecast System II (CDFS-II). SEMS provides integration, sustainment and engineering support for these enclaves, providing an integrated depiction of global weather from earth's surface out to space, and from data collection to product dissemination.

UIES 

USSTRATCOM Intelligence ENterprise System Support (UIES) provides intelligence systems administration, network management, database administration, and systems operations for the Intelligence community at USSTRATCOM as part of the Western CONUS Region Support Center Omaha.

USAMS 

The USSTRATCOM Systems and Mission Support (USAMS) is a 5-year, $900 million, multiple-award contract that allows USSTRATCOM, headquartered at Offutt AFB NE, to conduct quick response competitions for widely scoped mission support. Sterling Computers is a sub-contractor on the Booz-Allen-Hamilton team.

USAMS supports all missions and tasks of USSTRATCOM, their subordinate and supporting agencies, and component commands, as well as all support organizations and agencies, including Air Force Weather. These efforts include the ITW/AA, Global Strike (GS), Integrated Missile Defense (IMD), Information Operations (IO), Global C4ISR, Strategic War Planning and Execution, Strategic Analysis and Assessments, Space Control, Space Support, Force Enhancement, and Force Applications mission areas. Support shall include all USSTRATCOM related systems such as: the Strategic War Planning Systems (SWPS); USSTRATCOM C2 systems, Command infrastructure: common-user and dedicated satellite control networks; the Space Surveillance Network; the Missile Warning Systems; current and future operational spacecraft programs; National/ Ballistic Missile Defense Systems; Computer Network Defense and Attack (CND/A); current and future commercial programs; a family of tactical space systems; national space systems; and space launch vehicles to include new generation expendable and reusable launch vehicles. This effort also addresses intelligence, intelligence-related, and information assurance systems. The areas of support are System Engineering, Sustainment, Survivability and Logistics; System Integration; System Certification and Testing; Intelligence Support; and Planning and Policy.
