Quality Assurance Program
Our organization has developed and implemented a Documented Quality Management System (DQMS) to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product or service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and to address customer satisfaction through effective application of the system, including continual improvement and the prevention of nonconformity. The DQMS is in compliance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management Systems – Requirements. We have:
- Identified processes needed for the successful delivery of our products or services and determined the sequences and interaction of these processes.
- Determined the criteria and methods needed to ensure processes operate effectively.
- Ensured the availability of resources and data to support our operations.
- Monitored, measured, as applicable, and analyzed processes to ensure the achievement of planned results and implemented any necessary actions to achieve continual improvement.
All employees are made aware of the importance and relevance of their contribution to the overall achievement of our organizations Quality Objectives.
Our organization identifies for each project or contract undertaken; 1) the sequence of process activities required to achieve specified quality objectives, and 2) product, service, or related information requirements. Where contracts require verification and validation activities, these activities are established for the specific products, services, or related information and include product acceptance criteria. As applicable, records are maintained that provide evidence that the processes and services meet customer requirements.
Our organization will receive customer inquiries and contracts. Handling of contract amendments is controlled to the same extent as the handling of the initial contracts.
Our organization maintains proper records for the receiving and processing of customer feedback and will decide how to respond to the customer and, if necessary, what corrective or preventive actions should be implemented.
